3. Custom Orders

Custom design requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review. Design charges apply. We reserve the right to decline any custom order request at our discretion.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of purchase will apply.

 

5. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Because our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review all product details, sizing charts, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hausbeckbrand.com with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue at our discretion.
