Print-On-Demand Production

All of our products are printed on demand through Printful. This means your item is made specifically for you after you place your order, which is a beautiful thing (and also means we need a little time to make it happen).

 

Production Time

Production time may vary depending on the product and current demand.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the product and current demand

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

 

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@hausbeckbrand.com and we'll see what we can do.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hausbeckbrand.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
